Covered in original green vinyl, with grey fiberglass back. LOOKING FOR A PAIR OF CHAIRS? CHECK MY OTHER AUCTIONS FOR A MATCH! NO ATTEMPTS HAVE BEEN MADE TO REHAB THIS CHAIR. Simply wiped off storage dust with a dry cloth. Some folks like the battle scars left from 40 years of office use, others go for the factory fresh look. Green vinyl is in good condition, no tears. There is a small burn hole near back of the seat, and a few splatters of blue paint. Vinyl has started to pull away towards the back, may just need some patient stretching to coax it back into place. Overall a fantastic vintage Herman Miller that will make a lovely addition to your mid century home or office.
